DSGN.HOUSE sells digital subscription access to our online colour tools. This page explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who also handles invoicing and applicable taxes.
Billing
Studio is billed monthly (or yearly) in advance through Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; we email you a receipt for every charge.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us at [email protected]. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep Studio access until then, and you are not charged again. We do not lock you in or charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with a paid plan, email [email protected] within 14 days of your payment and we will refund that charge in full — no questions asked.
After 14 days we generally do not refund the current billing period, but if something went wrong on our end (a duplicate charge, a billing error, or the service was unavailable) contact us and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or reply to any payment receipt from Lemon Squeezy. Include your order number if you have it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Free plan
The free plan stays free — browse palettes, the color catalogue and basic tools with no payment required. Refunds only apply to paid subscriptions.
